HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER THRU YOUR WEBSITE?

- Select the type of product you want (if there are varieties)
- Select Add to Cart
- Click Check out on add to Cart
- Fill-out the necessary details needed for the shipment
- Choose a payment method (COD, PayPal)
- You will then receive a confirmation and just wait for the product to arrive.

ARE THERE OTHER WAYS THAT WE COULD PAY FOR THE ITEM ASIDE FROM COD AND CREDIT CARDS?
Yes, we accept bank transfers via METROBANK and BDO or you could send the Payment thru Western Union, Cebuana, Palawan or MLhuillier. Just send us a message on Facebook for further details. By doing a bank transfer or pera padala, the shipping of your products would be prioritize.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR REFUNDS?
Yes, we do accept returns and refunds as long as it is within 7 days starting from the time you received the package. However, we only accept refund for the damage or with factory defect products.
WHAT IS THE STANDARD ORDER FULFILLMENT TIME?
All orders in our Shop: All Orders are processed within 24-48 hours after you have successfully placed an order.
Once we received your order, we will then prepare your items for shipping to your desired delivery address & usually takes (3-7 working days) depending on your location. Please make sure you have provided a correct-valid address to avoid any delays on receiving your order/package.
- Then, you will receive a Notification/SMS from one of our partner couriers (LAZADA, LBC, 2GO, JRS, NINJAVAN, CARGOKING, FSI, XPOST, CMO) once your order has been shipped. You can expect your items to arrive at your doorstep within the delivery period depending on your location.

HOW CAN I TRACK THE DELIVERY OF MY ORDER/PACKAGE?

WHY WAS MY PACKAGE UNDELIVERED/UNDELIVERABLE?
If the address that the customer provided is incorrect or outdated, the package will be returned to ClassyShopaholicPh.Com by the courier or by the unintended recipient. Please make sure you fill-in the correct details (no typographical errors too) during checkout and then carefully review it again by double-checking it before you ‘Complete’ your order. We don’t want to disappoint you.
ILLEGIBLE SHIPPING LABEL
In rare cases, it is possible that the address label became illegible during the shipping and handling process.
- FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
Our carriers will make a maximum of three attempts to deliver your package. However, after giving their best to send you your package, and still failed to deliver after the third attempt, the courier will then determine that the package is un-deliverable. Your order/package will be returned to us.
